I love Chihuly glass!!
One of the only pieces that I have ever seen in person was at Houston, in the Hilton Hotel across the street from the International Quilt Festival……
Even amongst all of the quilts that I see, this is always a favorite view!!
So, when I was scrolling through Facebook Reels (yes I do that too), I came across a documentary about the making of one of his collections.
The really interesting part about the program is that he talks about the problems that he had with the new collection and how he solved those issues.

I love Chihuly! He’s done a couple of installations at the Phoenix Botanical Gardens here.
There was an installation in Atlanta several years ago but I didn’t get over to see it. I won’t make that mistake again!!!
