Today, we are back at the International Quilt Festival, and I want to show you one of my favorite exhibits, one that I almost missed!
It was our LAST day at the show and Linda and I had stopped for a late lunch (early Dinner). Afterwards, we decided to take one last turn around the floor and my eye caught an exhibit that we hadn’t seen yet…

Here are a few of my favorites….

And yes, those are real stamps!!
Wouldn’t this be a fun challenge to be involved with? There is SO much that you can do in a 1 by 4 format.
WHAT WOULD YOU MAKE?

Because I’m so literal and as I was reading the explanation of the exhibit, I wondered how you were going to photograph something that was 12 x 48 feet! How would we see any detail?
But I see that they are actually 12 x 48 INCHES (1 X 4 feet) and very cool. I agree that would make for a very fun challenge! I’m glad you two made another pass through the show. Thanks for sharing.
I thought the same thing Dianne and am planning to send the idea to our guild Challenge chairman!! They were very inspiring!!
How wonderful these quilts are! My favorite is Braided River.
Several people have commented that it was their favorite too!!
