Back in 2007, Michael and I spent 2 months in Oxford England.
While there, I was able to visit with a woman who I had met online before the trip began. Her name was Kandy Newton and I spent a MARVELOUS day visiting her home…
….her village
… and strolling down her quilting journey!!
She was a master of Postcard quilts and I was so excited when this one arrived in the mail…..
It hangs happily on my studio wall, reminding me of the special day that I spent with Kandy!!
