I have always heard the saying that “It’s not a quilt until it’s quilted”!!
I found that exemplified recently with a charity quilt top that I donated to my guild. It was part of my personal Bargello challenge……
I had the opportunity to see the quilt after it was quilted and I was shocked at how much better it looked……
And this was not a fancy quilting design…..it was a simple pantograph…..
…but the softness added by the quilting makes so much difference!!!
