If you know me at all, you know that I HATE starting and stopping when I am free-motion quilting!!
I think that it has something to do with all of those threads that I tied off and buried on my “Catherine Wheel” quilt.
As I got ready to quilt my table runner, “Summer Sherbet”…..
… I knew that I wanted to make the quilting as continuous as possible.
Check out what I did…..
I am really happy with the loopy meander as a method of flattening down the quilt, especially since it will be on a table and possibly have liquids sitting on top, and the “Square Spiral” added a little punch between stars.
Now to get the “real” table runner made and do all of the videoing while I make it!!
