One of my favorite pod-casters is Cal Newport who is about to release a new book called “Slow Productivity”. I am looking forward to reading it and have enjoyed his descriptions of what can be accomplished with SLOW and STEADY progress.

One of my favorite authors is James Clear, author of “Atomic Habits”, a book that has changed my life in many ways!!
This quote seems written for me……
It is way too easy for me to judge my outcome rather than just doing the work.
I have noticed that, especially when I am quilting on camera, I am quick to point out all of my flaws. This is a habit that I need to change…..maybe I should re-read his book!!
Having said that, I truly AM in love with the Free-Motion-Quilting process so maybe I am halfway there!!!
