Last week I posted about enjoying murals in our travels.
Although this seems to be a common occurrence overseas, it is not something that I am used to seeing here at home.
So, I was pleasantly surprised when I drove past this fun piece of art…..

The imagination of others often astounds me and I love that this piece is serving the purpose of brightening the days of those who pass!!

Since yesterday’s inspiration was from our 2015 trip to Colombia, I thought that today’s “Wordless Wednesday” could be from there also……
We got to spend a day on a Paramo, which is a high, treeless plateau. We visited there with 2 buses of college students and researchers, and it was a fun day, although VERY cold and windy. IF you are interested in reading about the trip, check out this post……
But, back to today’s photo……

This sweet fern frond was starting to open in some of the worst atmospheric conditions possible, marking the incredible resilience of nature!!!
I love the geometric “caps” on top of these buildings…….

…or even the geometry of the buildings themselves!!!
I LOVE getting up close and personal with mushrooms…..
