Adventures at a Tuscan Villa
Back in 2010, Michael and I had the joy of spending 2 months in Italy where he worked and I played!!!
We were invited by two of his friends to spend the weekend at their home in Tuscany. If you would like to read about the weekend, start with THIS POST. Little did we know that they lived in a gorgeous Villa……

Medicine Woman….
On our very first trip to China, we visited a local outdoor market in Xizhou. It contained an amazing array of stuff, including an herb and medicine woman……
I have always wanted to turn this into a quilt, but she looks so unhappy and I really don’t want to remember her that way!!
Action Shot…..
On Saturday, Michael and I drove to South Carolina to visit with our friends Ron and Nina. They are both horsemen and compete in the “Cowboy Mounted Shooters” competitions.
The arena was backlit and I didn’t expect to get any good photos but the good old i-phone did the trick and I hit this amazing action shot with Nina taking out one of the balloon targets……
