Yes! And folks who don’t quilt will be polite with a short response like “Oh, that’s interesting”.

I met a lady in Boston and we bonded because of quilting. It was an easy beginning to become friends.

Just today at the Pickle Ball court I meant a new person, found out she was a quilter and now we have each other’s phone number. Quilting is such a bonding craft.
