I had never really considered a clamshell design to be grid quilting, but I discovered this week that having the grid makes it SO much easier to accomplish!!

I tried it on two different scales….
One-inch grid…..
One-half inch grid…..
I really like this one and think that it will DEFINITELY go into my book of usable designs!!!
