I have a love/hate relationship with binding a quilt.

Yes, it means that the quilt is ALMOST finished which I LOVE but I absolutely hate the physical sewing on of the binding…..
….which is why I have developed a method for machine binding that looks great, gives wonderful mitered corners and is easy to do!!!
I have divided the process into two videos….part one today and part two tomorrow…..
ENJOY…..
If you are viewing this blog post on your email, you will need to click into the actual blog post to see it. For some reason, it won’t embed directly.
Come back tomorrow to see this quilt FINISHED!!!!

This tutorial came at the perfect time. I am going to make some improv placemats today.
I love my laser level. Amazing!
I got a new design board that covers most of the sewing room wall! I got the Kaffee Fasset flannel grid. Really cool to be able to line things up.
Looking forward to your video tomorrow, of course, with my morning coffee.
How did the placemats work out??? I am so glad that you are enjoying your laser level and design wall. I haven’t seen the flannel grid but now I WANT it!!!
