I love mosaic tile, whether it is in a floor, a bathroom wall or even a kitchen!!
I once made a quilt using an idea from a church in Rome…..
Maybe that is the reason that I took this photo of a tile floor….

Yes! I couldn’t take my eyes off the tiled floor in the San Marcos Cathedral in Venice. And to think they scrub that floor free of mud every time it floods in Venice.
I was the same way Leslie. I took over 100 photos of the floor in that church in Rome. Two little ladies sat in the corner watching me and LAUGHING their butts off!! I would NOT want the job of scrubbing floors!!
That is one beautiful quilt–one of my many favorites of your designs.
