Not long after we moved to Athens (in 1989), the guild became interested in crazy quilting, and a group of us decided that we were going to make something with that technique.
Back then, I had NO intentions of doing ANY hand work so I had to figure out a way to make it entirely by machine!!!
The special stitches on my machine came to my rescue and I quickly finished this small stuffed heart…..
This was my FIRST and ONLY foray into the crazy quilting world!!

As much as we want to go back and undo/redo certain parts of our lives, it simply cant be done. We have to keep going and turn that mistake into something beautiful!!!
