I love living in a University town….there is always something fun to see!!!
A while back, I shopped at a Pottery sale sponsored by one of the Art departments at the University of Georgia. It was so much fun to see all of their wonderful art and even more fun to pull out my credit card and make some purchases!!!
The first thing that I found was this “garden gnome”……
Even better is that it was only $20!!! It looks great in my flower garden!!
Next was a salt box…..
The words say…..”for your wounds”….as in Salt for your wounds!!
Finally was this wonderful mug/vase…..
Not only did I enjoy shopping, but I loved this GIANT wall hanging flanking the pottery….
I loved the fabric painting and how the quilting complimented the design…..
Finally, on the way out, I walked down one corridor and came upon this room…..
Cant you imagine what creative things come out of here……

Wonderful purchases. I particularly like the vase and I've certainly never seen garden gnome like that before!. Oh to have a space like that to working.

What an interesting place to visit.I can see why you couldn't resist a few purchases. Wouldn't you love to be in the middle of all that creative work?
